Refund policy

We realize things happen and thus cancellations are inevitable. To avoid confusion on how refunds will be handled, we wanted to spell it out.

  • Cancellations outside of six (6) weeks – 100% refund
  • Cancellations outside of four (4) weeks – 50% refund
  • Cancellations outside of two (2) weeks – 25% refund

We typically have a waiting list, but the people on that list often make other plans as it gets closer and no spots have opened up. As always, we will try our best to get a full refund for anyone who has to cancel, but many times getting a full refund is unrealistic.
