Shoot Out Rules 2025

We will play in 3-man teams, with each team playing 3 holes. All holes will play as either a Par 3 or Par 4. There will be 4 teams in each group. The low team total after 3 holes will advance to the finals.

Format: Only one team member will tee off on each hole, determined by the team. The other team members will both hit the 2nd shot, and the team will decide which of those two shots to use. The “other” or “3rd” teammate, will hit the 3rd shot, with the player who teed off to hit the 4th shot, if necessary. Five (5) will be the max score on any hole.

We have 28 teams of 3, so we will have seven (7) groups of four (4) teams, with each group starting on a designated hole on the back 9. Each group will have a group marshal who will keep score. On all non-Par 3 holes, group marshal will decide on a teeing area, approximately 90-140 yards from the green. Any hole played in it’s entirety will be played from the Yellow Tees. For teams tied after 3 holes, any team member, from spots chosen on the green by the group marshal, will break ties with a single putt. Blind draw to determine who putts from where. Closest to the hole advances.

This will put 8 teams in the finals, which will take place on the 18th hole, (or time permitting, the 9th hole). The top 5 places will be in the money.

Same format for this one-hole final. Team will decide which member hits the tee shot, and the other 2 teammates will scramble on the second shot, with only the 3rd teammate hitting the 3rd shot. Any/all ties will be decided by a one-putt playoff from selected spots on the green. All 5 places will be decided on this one hole.

Those not participating in the finals are encouraged to find a spot around the green to witness the thrilling conclusion. The beverage cart will be there as well.

Team payoffs will be as follows:

1st – $750, 2nd – $450, 3rd – $225, 4th – $150, 5th – $75
